We pull your registered office, directors, PSCs, share capital and SIC codes direct from the Companies House register. You review and confirm — no rekeying.
CH £50 fee included
The £74 covers your software, your filing, and the £50 Companies House fee. No surprise charges at submission.
Multiple companies

Reminders
We email you in advance of your CS01 due date so you don't miss it. The penalty for a late confirmation statement is the company being struck off — worth not missing.
How it works
Search for your company. We pull your details from the Companies House register.
Review and confirm. Check directors, PSCs, share capital, SIC codes. Update SIC codes if needed.
Pay £74 and file. Includes the £50 Companies House fee. Receipt back in minutes.
More Happy. Tiny Tax.
Confirmation statements shouldn't need a calendar reminder app, an authentication code hunt, and a card-payment fight at the end. We pre-fill from Companies House, give you a single screen to confirm, and send it with the £50 fee paid. £74 all in. Done before your tea's cold.
£74 per company, per year
£50 of that goes straight to Companies House for the filing fee — our software fee is £24. No hidden extras at checkout.
- £74 per CS01 — Companies House £50 fee included
- One filing per company per year — that's all CS01 requires
- Filing several companies? £74 each, no bulk discounts but no setup fees either
Frequently asked questions
When is my confirmation statement due?
Your confirmation date is usually the anniversary of your incorporation (or the anniversary of your last CS01). You then have 14 days to file. TinyTax shows the exact due date as soon as you search for your company.
What changes can I make on a CS01?
A CS01 confirms the company's information is correct. You can update SIC codes and shareholder lists on the CS01 itself. Director changes, registered office moves and PSC changes need separate forms (AP01, AD01, PSC01) — file those first, then submit the CS01.
Can I update PSCs (people with significant control) on the CS01?
No — PSC changes use form PSC01 / PSC02 / PSC04 and must be filed separately before the CS01. The CS01 then confirms the (updated) PSC register is correct.
My SIC codes are wrong. Can I fix them?
Yes — SIC codes are one of the few things you can change directly on the CS01. Pick the correct codes from the Companies House list during the review step.
Is the £50 Companies House fee included?
Yes. The £74 TinyTax price is everything-in: software, filing and the £50 Companies House fee.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
There's no monetary penalty, but Companies House can start a strike-off process — meaning the company is removed from the register. Strongly worth not missing.
