Frequently Asked Questions

Is TinyTax free?

TinyTax is a paid service. You can prepare your CT600 and preview your accounts for free, but filing requires a subscription. See the plans above for current pricing.

What company types does TinyTax support?

TinyTax supports UK private limited companies filing as micro-entities. We support CT600 filing for Community Interest Companies (CICs), but CICs must file their accounts directly with Companies House as they require a CIC34 report. We also support charities — unregistered charities, CIOs, SCIOs and charitable CLGs can file CT600 + CT600E via Manual Entry → Charity (charitable CLGs still need to file their Companies House accounts separately, as SORP-compliant accounts aren't something TinyTax generates) — and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) can file a basic CT600 via Manual Entry → Club.

What are the micro-entity limits?

To qualify, your company must meet at least two of: turnover under £1 million, balance sheet total under £500,000, or fewer than 10 employees. You must meet these limits in both the current and prior year.

Where can I find my invoice?

After payment, you'll receive an email receipt from Stripe. You can also view your subscription and download invoices from your account settings.

What's included in each plan?

All plans include CT600 filing to HMRC, iXBRL accounts filing to Companies House, and tax computations. The difference is how many companies you can file for.
