Unable to save: session data missing

I'd like to like this software, but I got this message on multiple browsers and having cleared cookies etc. It made it impossible to use.

Thanks for reporting this issue and for your patience - I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

We identified and fixed the bug causing this error. The "Save Progress" feature wasn't properly initialising some session data for new users, which caused the save to fail.

This has now been resolved. If you'd like to give TinyTax another try, everything should work as expected. Your progress will save correctly, and you'll be able to pick up where you left off from your dashboard.

Thanks for your patience while we worked through this. The issue has now been fixed - a session initialisation bug was preventing the save from completing properly.

Could you try again when you get a chance? The "Save Progress" button should now work as expected.

The "Save Progress" was a new feature added a couple of days ago, and if it still doesn't work the long standing "View Draft Submission" will also work, but all required fields need to be filled out to save via that path.
