submitting filleted accounts to companies house

Yet to subscribe. Just filled in forms with figures. Wondering if we get option to choose to submit only filleted accounts to companies house as would not want full accounts to be published as always. Thanks

Yes — TinyTax submits filleted accounts to Companies House by default for small companies. The profit and loss account is not included in what gets published on the public record.

When you complete your filing, TinyTax generates both a full accounts document (which includes your P&L and goes to HMRC with your CT600) and filleted accounts (which is what gets filed with Companies House). You do not need to choose between them — the right version goes to the right place automatically.

The full accounts are available to download for your own records, but only the filleted version is filed publicly.

Hope that helps — let us know if you have any other questions before subscribing.

Yes — TinyTax submits only filleted (abbreviated) accounts to Companies House. Your full P&L figures are never published on the public register.

For micro-entity companies (FRS 105), the CH filing contains just the abbreviated balance sheet. Your profit and loss figures, turnover, and expense breakdown go into the tax computation sent privately to HMRC only — they're not visible on Companies House.

So your income and expense details stay private. Companies House only shows the simplified balance sheet.
