Yes, you can file revised accounts for a prior year.
If the original accounts were filed through TinyTax, the quickest route is the Amend Accounts option in your dashboard. Find the accepted filing, click Actions, and select Amend Accounts. You'll be asked for a brief reason and summary, then the form loads with your original figures so you can make corrections. There's no extra charge for the amendment, though bear in mind that amended accounts go through manual review at Companies House and typically take a few days longer than a standard filing.
If the original accounts were filed elsewhere (through an accountant or directly via Companies House WebFiling), you can file revised accounts under Section 454 of the Companies Act 2006 directly through WebFiling — TinyTax's Amend Accounts flow only applies to filings originally made through TinyTax.
