Your CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) won't show filing options automatically because Companies House doesn't provide accounting period data for CIOs via its API — so TinyTax can't pre-populate the filing list the way it does for a standard limited company.
To file for your CIO, use the Manual Entry route instead:
1. On your dashboard, click Add Company
2. Choose Manual Entry (rather than searching by company number)
3. Select Charity as the company type
4. Enter your CIO's details and accounting period manually
TinyTax will then set up a CT600 + CT600E (the charity tax supplement) for your filing. CIO filings are fully supported this way.
