NENTHEAD COMMUNITY SHOP IS NOT LOADING

Dear Tim Fouracre

Good afternoon. Thankyou for unlocking Nenthead Community Shop Limited so that I can file the CT600 for this Community Benefit Society. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the Add Company feature and selected, it did not load onto my Tiny Tax dashboard.

There is something that is stopping it from loading so that I can start doing the CT600.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see the company has been added to your account successfully — the issue is that it's not appearing on your dashboard because Nenthead Community Shop is a Community Benefit Society, and these organisations file their accounts with the FCA rather than Companies House. That means Companies House doesn't hold any filing period data for the company, so the dashboard has nothing to display yet.

The workaround is straightforward:

1. Go to the https://tinytax.co.uk

2. Search for "Nenthead Community Shop" in the company search box

3. Select Corporation Tax as the filing type

4. On the form, you'll be able to manually enter your accounting period dates

5. Once you've saved or submitted, the company will appear on your dashboard

Apologies for the confusion — we'll look at improving this so the company shows on the dashboard straight away with a prompt to set up your filing period.
