My flow was broken- any advice?

What actually broke my flow was, after signing up, I was led to page to view my 2024 and 2025 accounts but file for 2024 is already submitted but is not available- it is "filed elsewhere". My company closed bank accounts at year end 2024, is not trading and dormant. I want to submit a dormant account for 2025 and need to fill in amounts manually (i have the hard copy which will be identical to 2024).
