Mismatch Between CT600 and Computation After Submission

I am writing regarding an issue encountered while submitting a CT600 return through Tinytax.

Initially, I saved the return as a draft. After internal review, I made amendments to certain figures in the CT600 before proceeding with submission. However, upon checking the final submitted documents, I noticed that while the CT600 reflects the updated figures, the attached corporation tax computation appears to be from the earlier draft and has not updated accordingly.

Could you please advise:

Why the computation did not refresh in line with the updated CT600 figures and if there will be an issue from HMRC about this
Whether this is a known issue or related to a specific setting
The correct process to ensure both CT600 and computation remain fully synchronised before submission

Additionally, please confirm if there are any specific steps we should follow to avoid this issue going forward.

I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this and preventing recurrence.
