Ah! I understand what you mean now. You are expecting box 3 of the CT600 pdf to have the UTR. Please note that the CT600 PDF is just for your information as some people wanted to have this old paper form. That form is not sent to HMRC and in fact your return is filed digitally including your UTR. However, we will get that box 3 populated in the future so thanks for flagging.
