Thanks for getting in touch. This is the first message we've received from you – we don't have any record of previous requests since December, so we're investigating whether something got caught in spam filters or there was a delivery issue at our end.
In the meantime, you can download your invoice directly from your account:
1. Log in to TinyTax
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
3. Select Billing
4. In the Payment History section, click Download next to your payment
This will give you a PDF invoice from Stripe with all the details you need for your records.
Apologies for the frustration this has caused – we'll look into the missing messages and make sure it doesn't happen again.

1. the download link is only there now it was not there before in anyway shape or form
2. Your website states the support email is support@tinytax.co.uk and that just repeatedly generates an error - your support button which I clicked today opens an email to hello@tinytax.co.uk so you probably need to update that to avoid confusion

You're absolutely right on both counts:
1. The download link - yes, that's brand new! We actually added it this morning after your message. So thank you for the prompt.
2. The email address - that explains everything. support@tinytax.co.uk doesn't exist, so your emails since December never reached us. The correct address is hello@tinytax.co.uk. We've now updated the incorrect references on the site - apologies for the confusion and frustration this caused.
I'm sorry you've had to chase this for so long. Glad you now have the invoice you need.
