Good news — your Portfolio 3 subscription is active on your account. The system can sometimes show a stale 'Subscribe' button if your session hasn't refreshed after the payment completed.
To fix this:
1. Log out of TinyTax completely
2. Log back in with the same email address
3. Your dashboard should now reflect your Portfolio plan and you'll be able to add and file for up to 3 companies
If you're still seeing the Subscribe button after logging back in, try clearing your browser cache or opening a fresh browser window first.
Your subscription runs until 7 June 2027, so everything is set up — it just needs a session refresh to pick it up.
