How do I upload my data to the PDF report

I am trying to upload the PDF for the Companies House and HMRC/CT600 accounts.

How do I get this information into the PDF that uploads it?

There is nothing to upload — TinyTax works the other way around. You type your financial figures directly into the online form, and TinyTax generates the CT600, tax computation, and accounts documents from those figures before submitting them electronically to HMRC and Companies House.

**What you type in:**

**Profit & Loss**
- **Turnover** — your total income for the accounting period
- **Cost of raw materials / cost of sales** — direct costs of your product or service
- **Staff costs** — wages, salaries, employer National Insurance, employer pension contributions
- **Other charges** — everything else: rent, utilities, professional fees, software, travel, subscriptions

The form calculates your profit (or loss) automatically — you do not enter a net profit figure yourself.

**Balance Sheet** (if you are also filing accounts to Companies House)
- Fixed assets, debtors, cash at bank, creditors, share capital, retained earnings — taken directly from your balance sheet totals

**Tax Computation**
- Filled in automatically from your P&L figures — you usually do not need to touch this section

For a full walkthrough with a worked example showing what goes where, see [Filling In Your CT600 Figures](https://tinytax.co.uk/support/filling-ct600-figures-simple-trading).
