HMRC was unable to accept your CT600 return.

I keep getting this error message.Error 3001: The submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific business logic in the Body tag.; No original Return yet recorded. it seems it is getting sent as an amendment but I havent made any previous submission. I hope someone can help sort this out, as I am close to the deadline.Thanks
