Final Accounts

Hello, I am soon ti be wrapping up my limited company and need a way to file final accounts with HMRC. Is this possible with Tiny Tax? The company will apply for a DS01 with no creditors and does not need to go through a CVL due to its small size.

Yes, TinyTax can help you file your final accounts and CT600 with HMRC for your company dissolution.

What TinyTax handles:
- Final CT600 submission to HMRC
- Final accounts submission to Companies House (micro-entity accounts in iXBRL format)

What TinyTax doesn't handle:
- The DS01 form itself (that's filed directly with Companies House)
