CT600 form not wotking.. JS error

console error: FormValidator module not loaded.

Result is that there's no inline error messages and submitting form to view draft submission comes back to the page with no error messages detailing the error.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We've identified and fixed the problem - a JavaScript error was preventing the form validation from loading properly.

The fix has been deployed. Please refresh the page (you may need to hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) and try again. Your form should now show validation errors correctly.

That's some wildly fast response. Not seeing the new version yet, but will give it some time to come through and will try again.

You're welcome! Please try a hard refresh now (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) - the form validation should work correctly.
