Why is it not saving UTR number?

Sorry about that — there was a bug where the UTR was being cleared if you went back to edit the form and re-previewed. We've just deployed a fix.

Your UTR is still saved on our side. Just go back to the form, click Preview again, and it will carry through. You shouldn't need to re-enter it.
