The Company UTR is entered in the Declaration section near the bottom of the CT600 form — it's one of the last fields before you reach the submission step. Look for the field labelled Company UTR and enter your 10-digit Corporation Tax reference there.
If you have already started a filing, scroll to the bottom of the form. If you are starting fresh, you will reach the Declaration section after entering your trading figures and balance sheet.
The UTR is also shown pre-filled in the submission credentials popup when you click View Draft Submission — so if you entered it on the form, it will carry through automatically.
