Trying to submit accounts and ct600 to hmrc for cessation

Thanks for getting in touch. We'd be happy to help you file your cessation accounts and CT600.

To set up your final period in TinyTax:

1. Search for your company (KARIDAW UK LTD) on the TinyTax home page

2. Select the next accounting period end date from the dropdown — choose a future date (e.g. 31/03/2026)

3. A modal will appear saying "This period hasn't ended yet" — click Set final return dates

4. Enter your actual final period dates (the start date should be the day after your last filed accounts ended, and the end date should be the date the company ceased trading)

5. From there you can complete and submit your CT600 and accounts
