C accounts

My client is still showing as overdue for CH accounts even though these have been filed. Does anyone know how I get this to change, when I access the account it does say it has been filed but wont remove from the dashboard.

If the submission already shows as accepted in the company detail, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear the browser cache — the dashboard should update straight away after that.

If the accounts were filed outside TinyTax (directly on the Companies House website or through another package), the dashboard syncs automatically with the Companies House register — this typically takes a few hours. There's no manual button to clear the overdue status for accounts; it resolves on its own once the sync picks it up.

If it still hasn't cleared after 24 hours, drop a message to [email protected] and the team can check the filing status with Companies House directly.
