The reason Mosaic's status shows as "up to date" — even though there's a CT603 notice — is that CIOs (Charitable Incorporated Organisations) don't have their filing obligations populated via the Companies House API. TinyTax uses Companies House to work out when returns are due, but for CIOs it draws a blank, so the dashboard shows nothing to file.
To submit the CT600 + CT600E, use Manual Entry:
1. Go to your TinyTax dashboard
2. Click Add Company
3. Select Manual Entry
4. Choose Charity as the organisation type
5. Enter the CIO's name, UTR, and registered address (you can add the CE number too)
Once added that way, you can start a filing for the period on the CT603 notice. When you tick "this is a registered charity" on the company type screen, TinyTax swaps the standard P&L for a Charity Income & Expenditure form and produces both the CT600 and CT600E supplement automatically — including the AllExempt claim and a PDF of the figures for HMRC's back office.
If you've already added Mosaic by its CE number, you can leave that entry as it is and add it again via Manual Entry alongside it — the two entries won't conflict.
