Trial balance bank balances included in expenses

Hi,
I uploaded a trial balance from Xero and the overhead and expense items, plus the bank balances were added together and put into the Other charges box. Is there something I have to recode in Xero to get these posted to the right place?

Hi Val,

You can re-map balances by dragging them. So once you import the trial balance and have the mapping modal, simply click on a balance and drag it to a different category.

I will separately email you to get a copy of the trial balance example from Xero so we can ensure in the future it always works and you don't have to re-map.
