START FILING A SIMPLE CT600, ERROR MESSAGES, LOSE WORK!

Hello. I started to file a CT600 Corporation Tax Return for a client, and had to set up an account for myself just to save my work. My credentials were not accepted in setting up an Agent Account because I am not a Company, so I had to separately set up a Tiny Tax account. I did so and could not retrieve my Corporationm Tax Return- and so have LOST an hour's work and have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN.

I am not impressed so far, and might not end up using your software.

You're absolutely right - there was a bug that caused form data to be lost when signing up mid-way through filling in a return. We've now fixed this issue, so future users won't experience the same problem.

I can see you have THE CHAT ROOM CIC linked to your account. If you'd like to continue with the filing, you can pick up where you left off from your dashboard.
