Both of your CT600 corporation tax returns were accepted by HMRC on 29 January 2026 - the transaction IDs you've provided confirm this.
It's worth noting that the CT600 (corporation tax return) is filed with HMRC, not Companies House. If you're checking the Companies House website, you won't see the CT600 there - that site only shows your company accounts (which were successfully filed on 21 January).
To confirm your CT600 has been received, log into your HMRC Business Tax Account at
https://www.gov.uk/log-in-register-hmrc-online-services and check your Corporation Tax section. It can sometimes take a few working days for HMRC to update your online account after accepting a filing.
If you still can't see it in your HMRC account after checking, please let us know and we can investigate further. It can take their system some days to sync.
I then used Tiny Tax, which correctly identified the right period, and the submission showed as “accepted by HMRC.” However, it has now been more than seven days, and the return still isn’t visible on my HMRC account.
This is what I see on HMRC website
HM Revenue and Customs submission
HMRC has received your accounts for 30 April 2024 to 30 April 2025 and Company Tax Return for 30 April 2024 to 30 May 2024.

Save your filing in HTML (opens in a new tab) (You'll be asked where to save the file or it will download to a folder on your computer)
What you're seeing on HMRC's website is the original return you filed directly — the one for 30 April 2024 to 30 May 2024 (one month). That's the wrong-period filing you mentioned.
The two correct returns you submitted through TinyTax (P1: 30 Apr 2024 – 29 Apr 2025, and P2: 30 Apr 2025 – 30 Apr 2025) were accepted by HMRC — the transaction IDs confirm this. However, because there's already a filing on HMRC's system for an overlapping period, their portal may not display the newer ones until the conflict is resolved.
You'll need to contact HMRC to get this sorted. Call their Corporation Tax helpline on 0300 200 3410 and explain that:
1. You originally filed a return for the wrong period (30 Apr 2024 to 30 May 2024) and need it removed
2. You've since filed the correct returns via TinyTax, with transaction IDs:
- Period 1: 94C9B7545D9B4336B1B298BEF82749BA
- Period 2: C28F0B6325D84ED99A3EA93437A29C4B
HMRC should be able to disregard the incorrect filing and update your account to show the correct ones.
