The Company UTR is only needed when submitting your CT600 to HMRC - it's not required for Companies House accounts.

- Accounts submission → Uses your company number + Companies House auth code (no UTR needed)
- CT600 submission → You'll enter your UTR in the submission popup when you click Submit

If you're filing your CT600, just click Submit and you'll see a field for your UTR along with your Government Gateway credentials.

In my company's Tiny Tax account the submission popup for UTR is missing; I have no place to enter my company's UTR

The Company UTR field is not on the main form - it appears in a popup when you're ready to submit to HMRC.

To enter your UTR:
1. Complete the submission form with your company's financial information
2. Click "Preview & Submit" at the bottom
3. On the preview page, click the green "Submit Corporation Tax" button
4. A popup will appear asking for your UTR and Government Gateway credentials

You haven't reached the preview stage yet. Once you complete the form and click Preview, you'll see the submission buttons.
