how to determine whether the annual accounts was filed to the Companies House?

The Annual Accounts were filed last week directly via the Companies House webfiling; however, I have to resubmit an amended version via Tiny Tax, I am confused how to ensure the accounts were filed by Tiny Tax, as there is no way to see the date or the time or what Tiny Tax has done.
