Help on entering dividends payable/paid

Where do i include a dividend in the P&L for the CT600

Dividends don't appear on the P&L. If you have paid shareholders a dividend this should be reflected on the balance sheet. If it's unpaid at the end of the accounting period then you would add it to "Creditors: amounts falling due within one year".

Or are you referring to a dividend received as income for the company?
