We Don't Offer Phone Support

TinyTax is an online-only service and does not offer phone or video call support. All support is handled by email.

This allows us to:

  • Investigate your account and filings before replying
  • Include screenshots, links, and step-by-step instructions
  • Keep a record of the conversation so nothing gets lost
Most questions are resolved in one or two email exchanges.


Tips for Getting a Fast Answer

  1. Describe what you're trying to do — e.g., "I'm trying to file my CT600 for the year ending 31 March 2026"
  2. Describe what's happening — e.g., "I get an error when I click Submit" or "The figures don't look right"
  3. Include your company number — this helps us look up your account immediately
  4. Attach screenshots if helpful — especially for error messages or unexpected figures

How long does it take to get a reply?

We typically reply within a few hours during UK business hours. Complex questions involving HMRC or Companies House may take a little longer while we investigate.

Can I speak to someone before subscribing?
